The Samsung QA55Q6FN QLED is a good 4k TV that delivers good overall picture quality, with deep blacks and a wide color gamut. It has a nearly identical design to last year’s Samsung QA65Q6FNAK. It has outstanding motion handling and excellent low input lag, great for gaming or fast action movies. Like the rest of Samsung’s QLED lineup, it supports FreeSync and has an optional low latency game motion interpolation feature.
The stand supports the TV well but does require a larger surface as it is nearly the full width of the TV. The back of the TV has a textured plastic finish, very similar to older Samsung TVs, and includes guide tracks for cable management. It has an excellent native contrast ratio that delivers deep blacks.

The sound is mediocre. This TV doesn’t get very loud and doesn’t have any thump or rumble in its bass either. However, it produces a decent amount of punch and relatively clear dialogs. For a better sound, dedicated speakers or soundbars are recommended.
