Using Scanner Document

If you want to scan multiple pages into PDF format then the easiest way to do this work is with the help of a scanner. If you want to know how to do this then see the steps below:- 

• Firstly, you have to connect your desktop to the scanner and complete all the settings for connecting both devices. 
• Once your device (Scanner) gets connected with your desktop then you just have to take the 1st page which you want to scan. Make sure that the page is not damaged or wet. 
• Scan the 1st page according to the type of your scanner and repeat this process from several pages also.

• Firstly, download the application named Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on your Windows desktop and open it.

By Using the application

There are plenty of applications available online which help you to convert your scanned pages into PDF files. 

For this discussion, we’re referring to the FileScanner application which is easily available on the Google play store as well as on the App Store. If you have any other application then you can easily use it. 

• Firstly, download the application and install it on your device. 
• Now, open the application and once you open it then it will ask you for some permissions. Allow them. 
• The scanning camera will open in which you have to scan all the pages one by one. So, scan and save all the pages one by one. 
• Now, swipe up the screen and see the preview of all pages. If you want to make some edits to it then you can easily scan your page otherwise save the document. 

By Google Drive

• Firstly, you have to visit your apple store and download the application named Apple Notes. Well, this application is inbuilt in most of the devices but if you have deleted this application then you can download it from the Apple store. 
• Open the application and click on the + option. Now, a menu will open on your screen where you have to select the option of Scan documents. 
• Now, scan all the pages one by one and store them with the option of “Keep scanning”. 
• Once all the pages get scanned then edit them (optional) and after editing them select the option of share. 
• In this option, various other options are also available. You have to select the option of “Save as PDF” and after that, your file is saved as PDF on your device.
